Avoid alcohol but otherwise stay hydrated. It usually takes 30-40 minutes until the full effect is visible, it then will last 3 to 4 hours depending on your physical constitution and your activities.

its the viagra connect from boots...im not bothered if i can or cant have a beer,my days of drinking heaps are long behind me..i very rarely have more than 4 beers in an evening...cant wait till this evening
