Last Saturday, having done a 5 day online challenge all last week, I eas inspired enough to go for what I laughingly refer to as a run.

In normal times I'm a Parkrun regular, despite appearances, and this was the first time I'd run since March

I only managed half the normal distance, but I felt so bloody pleased with myself that I went back out late in the afternoon and did the other half

You cant have clean sheets if dirty ones dont exist. Otherwise they would just be sheets... however this argument is about as useful as a deposit of fresh cum on sheets
