I think I've mentioned this before but what do you prefer a nice long rest in the bath for an hour or a quick shower

Depends on my mood short shower if my day is moving A long soak in a bath with bubbles etc headphones on and chillin otherwise

Depends. shower when I get home from work and a hot bath when I’ve been out mountain biking all day especially In the winter and I’m frozen
