Seemed a really decent guy, ace guitarist, not so keen on the band and made probably the worst rock song ever imo. He made a lot of people happy so a wonderful legacy for sure.

Very sad and of my time which is a hard thing to accept.

There was another singer who also died. Can't remember his name but sung the song.... I can see clearly now the rain has gone... For those old enough to remember it. All I know was that he was a raggie singer.

The man played the guitar with a power tool,

blew my mind when I saw that and his fret work was amazing. There will never be another man quite like the axe god Eddie Van Halen.

Johnny Nash, he sang that song originally in 1972 but most people will remember the Jimmy Cliff version. R.I.P Jimmy Nash
