Walking down the only road I've ever known!

This is not something I say lightly today, but a wonderful friend of mine and of many others here who know and love her has been going through a very difficult time over the last couple of years with cancer.

She is one of the loveliest and kindest ladies ever and she has just told me that she needs an operation to remove part of her leg this morning.

It breaks my heart to hear this and my heart goes out to you dear lady.

Best wishes to Voddy. We have friends who are amputees, wheelchair users, variably falling to bits (I fit into this category too). There is life after limb loss/limb injury, there are support charities/groups and plenty of things one can do to have fun etc. Lots of love
