?

Nope, and I wish they were banned and only organised displays allowed. My dog is petrified of them...not to mention all the farm animals and wildlife

Manchester (she/her)

No. Never have, never will. Terrible pollutant, awfully dangerous, terrifying to animals, bad for people with some types of anxiety.

Maldon and Peterborough

I know I'm gonna sound like an old fart, but I'd prefer them to just be at organised events only.

my friends from poland use to travel home and come back with fireworks which were more like weapons.

they are incredible loud. i bought a box from them last year it was only £20 but i got a lot for that and my god.

i lit one little firework and we were standing back the require distance and it rendered us blind and deaf for a few minutes.

I can totally understand why people feel that way about fireworks. We have always bought a box which we only use on fireworks night we have a bonfire some hotdogs and set of the fireworks it’s something we have done every year.

Our dog must be in the minority as he sits in the garden with us watching the fireworks and Eating hotdogs.

We used to have a big family bonfire and fireworks at my parents farm but now i tend to go to a event at the footy club nearby. Always a nice night, love the smell on fireworks night

the abyss

I love watching fireworks I must admit but they are just getting louder and louder which is unnecessary in my opinion. I'm very lucky my dog quite enjoys trying to find where they are coming from but so many people with anxiety and PTSD along with animals suffer for weeks with them.

Organised events are one thing but I don’t understand why it’s acceptable to buy explosives with your weekly shop for a few months each year

Hastings

Love bonfire night but all the big events like Lewes are cancelled this year so more will be buying them and more will get hurt.
