I know that Fab can be an odd place at the best of times, and I'm not bothered by this in the slightest, but I've just had a new wink notified (Yeah, I'm shallow and desperate enough to look for these things )

But by the time I clicked on the profile I'd already been blocked

I can only assume it was a mistake and it was meant for someone else but the winker forgot who they were looking at right at that moment....

We've had a profile view a wink and when we click back the profile is hidden.. Kinda defeats the point somewhat

Maybe it was someone looking for advice on tow bars but changed their mind?

I'd assume they winked on purpose so that you would look and see they had blocked you. Otherwise you'd never know. Or care.

We've sent a couple of winks by mistake, stubby fingers, but we didn't block them. So yes people can wink by mistake.

Sometimes the profile gets suspended by admin. because of several reasons (links to other sites, openly asking for money etc) so it happens. Just happened to me, got a wink from a new female profile that disappeared a couple minutes ago.
