Why though? Just because they looked doesn't mean they're interested and would only lead to angst amongst those that didn't understand that.

Along the same lines, if the function wasn't available it would lead to people being bombarded with messages along the lines of "I see you looked at me, therefore you must want to fuck me"

Always view in stealth mode. The ones we like, we tend to show that we looked so they know we looked. We then switch it back to stealth mode so not to appear like a stalker lol
