I'm getting stronger and Mr thinks even my bum is toning.

Still a long way to go though.

I'm still a bit jelly from lockdown... But i did my first deadlift last week, i was very pleased with myself

Also did my pb on the leg press (170kg)

I'm not a girl. And I can't physically squat. However, I do lift weights (incline bench, shoulder press, free weights etc). I lift either reclined, lying down or from my wheelchair.

Had to take a surgery induced hiatus and hating it, and can't wait to be back at the gym!

Not current, but how many spots remaining. I book when there are 80+ spots free (and close to the last minute).

So many squats and so many dimples. Finally accepted that I can have herculean thighs by strength that are still very feminine and dimpled and that's "OK"
