Talking of Ewan McGregor, that reminds me of Little Voice in which he appeared with Jane Horrocks: She was amazingly talented singing wise - a 10 from me

'Rock of Ages' movie features quite a few well known actors doing a decent job of singing.

Eric Idle (Monty Python) Always look on the bright side of life.

Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) sings in 'Postman Pat: The Movie'.

Val Kilmer (Top gun) portrayed Jim Morrison in 'The Doors' movie & sung the songs.

Time now for some more ‘singing’ from William Shatner (yes, Captain James T Kirk no less!)

Here he is providing his own inimitable rendition of Queen’s classic, Bohemian Rhapsody.

Not sure which came first but Samantha Womack (formerly Janus) of Eastenders and Game On fame represented us at Eurovision

Also arguably an actress turned singer was Emma Bunton who appeared in one episode of Eastenders before she was more famous as a Spice Girl
