...plays some great chilled out music!

I made the mistake of going to bed too early and now I'm wide awake at Silly O'clock. There's naff all on the TV so I've got the Ceefax pages on Beeb2 and the music is really relaxing.

Sorry Folks - This was the only CEEFAX Thread I could find !!!

40 years ago today !!!

Blimey so much has changed in such a short-ish space of time..

How many of you used it to Book Holidays and have to wait like 60 pages before your page came back with the phone number you needed on it !!!??

How many used it to find out a certain football or sports result that they had missed !!

Even people who found jobs etc..

Did any of you Swingers ever meet through the power of Ceefax ..

I thought it was all the same. but it was bbc for ceefax if im right ??

Was Teletext ITV and more popular I cant remember but I do remember using them both.. and im sure channel4 had a version as well..
