I have a date tomorrow, a proper one, not a Fab meet. As I met my most recent ex in a dark room at a club I have no idea how to act on a proper vanilla date....

Is there still a three date rule?

If you want to test his worth then 3 date rule is no bad thing, I've had sex on a first date and gone on to have a relationship but I'm not most guys. Another way to approach it is if he clearly tries it on and makes suggestions about going back to your place etc then don't put out. If he is the perfect gent and you're feeling horny as then maybe at the very last invite him in.

Just concentrate on getting to know the person. Enjoy the meal/pub/whatever it is you're doing.

Personally on a date away from fab I'm completely different. Cause I dont want someone to date me cause hes just wanting sex. So if there permenantly talking and hinting about sex it makes me not interested in them.

I know this sounds bizarre with being on here, but a relationship in the real world has to be for the right reasons. So if you really like her , dont come over too pushy xx

We've had enough conversation for me to know he isn't vanilla...it's a deal breaker for me so wouldn't have got this far if he was!

Don't cancel just go and enjoy.

If it is a "vanilla" date there should be no expectation on his part of sex, so just relax and see if he appeals to you enough for date number 2.
