I’ve been ill and am feeling a little better today. So I’m celebrating the entirety of my body for kicking the sickness out.

On a side note, my hair smells awesomely of coconut. I could eat it!

I dont understand how far 10k is and I can't be arsed to Google it

I just came back from a 7 mile walk too

I'm trying to do 15,000 steps a day at the moment.

I feel good - I'm going to treat myself to a hot bath as well

My right elbow lol I took a tumble last Friday(sober as a judge) and landed on it and I thought maybe I'd fractured it again. The swelling has went down though and today it feels pretty good
