Its along way from here, i remember one time i went up, the rain was soo bad people where stopping on the motorway. Went once in the summer and once to see the lights

Have a look at the sleep post I did, someone posted a link to Northumberland NHS and I downloaded the booklet, gave me a few ideas on not just what to do but why I struggle to sleep, already banned my new pillows from the bedroom as they really didn't suit me at all, read the article before I went to sleep and slept lovely

i had a problem so did something about it.. then spent the night thinking about the problem.. lol

just think its a one off and certainly nothing i should be loosing regular sleep over

morning all, it can get very windy,not so long back it blew all the fence panels out in the back garden, then theres the rain, however when the sun does come out it's usually very warm.

I find it really hard to understand the lack of sleep thing as I can generally sleep anywhere.

It must be really annoying, especially if its because something is playing on your mind. The amount of people I know on facebook who only have a few hours sleep is quite large.

Makes me wonder what the common link.is?
