I have noticed that a few profiles have no click on tab to Fab the photo, is this something that the user can select , not that I want to, why put up a photo if you don't want it Fabbed

You can select in your profile settings whether you want the option of fab button on pics

You can switch the option to have your pics fabbed... I did

because I don't care to keep the option

You can turn off fabbed pics if your site supported.
