Changing my car. Went online to change details etc. There was an extra charge which I was expecting. Paid that in full. Then it gives me the extra cost breakdown. £15 of it is admin fee

Now hang on. Admin fee when I do it all myself??

I think this too... whenever buying online tickets or ordering takeaway. There's a certain Admin/Service charge...if anything, they should be paying us !!
