does anyone know of a good free site where u can do things with your pics, like merge them together cut things out and put things in. like photo shop sort of but with out having to down load

not sure but I know there is a photo download tool you can have to do things like that, but whether its free or not im not sure soz

unfortunately, any image manipulation has to be done on an application, don't know of any sites that do that sort of thing, I do it for a living using photoshop, unfortunately using this software does make you doubt every image you see, specially in the glossy mags.

you can do a lot of stuff on there as long as you've got the photos on your pc, and its free

Try splashup.com exactly the same as Photoshop, without having to d/load it.

Picasa 2, altho there might be a 3 out by now.

It's free to download and will do all you need, it's owned by Google I think.
