My advice is much the same as above, find something to occupy your mind in a positive way, a book, a hobby, a chat with an old friend. This time will end and the world we step back out into will be as new, and we get to explore it all over again. | |||

I have experience of anxiety and depression and, even though I'm on medication, still get low moods and am, at the moment, on a lower ebb - probably a mixture of heading into autumn/winter and six months into the pandemic. I have found going for a walk in the mornings perks my mood up and let's it settle on a more even level for the rest of the day. But you will get over the line, you will raise your trophy, you will keep walking down that new road and the spring will come. When today is rough, think of tomorrow and what that could be and you will get over that line | |||
