If you've ever felt or currently feeling things are impossible.

Look at Jason Liversidge, who is 95 per cent paralysed with motor neurone disease. Married with two young daughters.

It's a great story of love, dedication, trials, belief and never giving up knowing you're not alone.

Not alone from family and friends who are there to help.

Not assuming you have nothing to offer others.

Not assuming it's over.

I'd encourage anyone feeling low to Google Jason Liversidge and be reminded that we all have a lot to offer others, even if we feel we don't or can't.

Have a good day and take it one step at a time, but look around you as you're not alone.

"Think i saw him on the tv this morning creating memories for his daughters."

I was hoping for a wheelie.

62mph in a wheelchair and can really only move his left wrist!

Loved the focus being in creating memories. The positivity is definitely catching as you could see from one of his daughters response to the interviewer.

Very sad when the tears rolled down his cheeks when his wife was speaking

It was indeed, maybe it also demonstrated both his frustrations, but also the gratitude towards her, the kids and those whom help him so much each step.
