Mosquito repellent!

I use Avon skin so soft dry oil spray to repel the mossies.

It was recommended to me a few years ago by a friend.

It isn't specifically advertised by Avon as being an insect repellent, but apparently the military use it as such (or so I have been told!) So it must be good.

Anyway, sure as hell beats deet. Which has a nasty chemically smell & I didn't find worked brilliantly for me anyway.

British Army used Avon Skin so Soft in non branded tubes.

B used to always come home with a few tubes after exercise.

Apparently its because of the residue it leaves they can't 'attach' so coconut oil works similarly. Although I'm lucky and don't suffer with them.

You are very welcome. No one likes being bitten or how itchy insect bites can be, so I am happy to suggest something that can help if you are someone who often gets regularly attacked and feasted on by the nasty winged bitey critters!

Oh! Is that the reason! Yeah makes sense, so you have to plaster it on quite liberally then!?

I thought it had something to do with the scent of it, bit like how citronella repells insects.

Same, this year they seem to have bern particularly bad.

I was in the garden for about half an hour and got bitten to hell.

Need to get some Avon in.
