For a few years I’ve been suffering from extreme pain in my stomach. The doctor has sent me for loads of different tests and couldn’t find a reason. I’ve been living on strong painkillers and can’t do any exercise. That has finally calmed down but not been able to go back the gym or do any lifting or certain bits of housework. The lump wasn’t there through all this but I think it was the start of it.

But anyway I’ve recently noticed I’ve got another hernia, this one is quite large and painful at times. I’m just worried it’s too big for repair, plus it limits what I’m able to do. Anyone had one repaired or tips on how to live with it x
