" I even got a physical check up at my GP's just in case there was any other underlying reason, but No, he put it down to my walking to/from work, a structured eating schedule and sleeping better. I try to vary what I do, sometimes I do it outdoors, I join some but not many classes. Must say I really enjoy the atmosphere of an intense workout place. | |||

"Yep, mostly walking to work for me and it does the trick. I put on weight in the holidays cos I am walking less. Also have a step machine which is excellent for keeping fit if you do just ten mins a day. Tones yer tum and legs and lifts yer butt. My discipline in this is not so hot though, tends to be spasmodic. My son used it everyday for two weeks when he was here o hols and toned up his hanging gut very nicely." picks mrs be nice up puts her over my shoulder and carries her upstairs and loves a long sex session does that count as keeping fit | |||
