"I felt surreal kicking some maple leaves whilst still wearing sandals

It is weird being this hot they leaves do have awesome colour ranges though this year, Im still collecting conkers and over heating in the brilliant sun though

Homemade shortcrust pastry, top and bottom with the correct ratio of mincemeat and crust. Utter heaven.

Priceless!

I do like autumn, getting all cosy and snug with fluffy blakets and comfort food. It's a nice time of year.

Mary Berry for the Christmas cake recipe but I soak the fruit from around now rather than boil it like she does.

The mince meat I make it up as I go along and make it really boozy. I usually try to make some to last a extra year but used it all last year. I do have a Christmas pud maturing though
