Do you like them?

Do you talk to random strangers and smile at their children?

Do you spend every waking moment with others and feel lonely after 2 minutes of being alone?

I have various hats I can put on. I can be gregarious and peopley, including strangers. But it takes its toll on me and then I need people to fuck off for awhile.

I'm sorry to say but I don't like people, not all of them, but mostly.

Very rarely talk to strangers.

Yes, I do feel alone by myself but I can't trust people anymore.

I'm not sure the two correlate

No I dont much like many people and I'm damn sure they have no time for me , yet

If I want to be I'm ok with them I do talk to random people and I always smile or induce a smile in children

I also just seem to read their emotions

I do like people. I'll rarely start a conversation with someone myself but if someone is nice and wants to chat I'm happy to make small talk with them. I like kids too when they are in a good mood. I'm really happy in my own company though, and definitely don't seek out other people.

Mood dependant.

Just casual day/day, I avoid the conversation purely because people piss me off. However if there’s a conversation going that I like or have thoughts on I’ll not be afraid to join in.

I’m more of a sit back & soak in my environment then react..

You know this reminds me of a few days ago when I walked by a house and an old man was stood at his door saying he was lonely and how he just wanted to talk. I stood at his gate and he chatted with me and my daughter for a few minutes and it really made his day.

How can you not have time for people like that?!

I’m not a fan in general, I avoid places where there are lots of them, I love being on my own, I could easily live in the wilderness, but I’d need WiFi. Generally I won’t make the effort to talk to strangers but sometimes, when you find yourself both laughing or smiling at the same thing I’ll say something, not in a forced way, but when it just flows, sometimes you’ll have a chat and it’s like you knew them and then you never see them again. But on the whole society is not something I recognise or want to be part of, queueing in your car for the drive thru junk food, buying crap you don’t need, getting angry, or just being selfish and entitled, this is what I see around.

I’m one of those nice approachable smiley folk. I don’t mind chatting to anyone who sparks a conversation about the weather. This makes me a magnet for weirdos but I tend to be firm with a polite version of ‘off you fuck’ when the novelty has worn off.

I love being surrounded by others and I love being my own company. Sometimes the latter is better though.

I don’t start conversations with strangers but they seem to talk to me, so I will talk back. I just figure they need someone to talk to so why not, it’s a couple of minutes out of your day and you might be the only person they speak to all day.

I don't start conversations often but I do chat if someone talks to me.

I don't feel lonely when I'm on my own. I can be a bit introverted when I'm in a group so I do feel lonely around others at times.

As a general rule I’m always nice to people. Kindness and a smile costs nothing and might make someone’s day! And I am ALWAYS nice to children/elderly. Just the way I was raised.

But if I’m not in a people mood I just put my headphones in and walk with my head down and avoid. It saves me accidentally upsetting anyone with my mood.

I'm a real people person. I love company, especially with those I like. I'd make conversation with strangers no problem and love chatting to elderly people. Most of them enjoy a chat and I've heard some brilliant stories as a result! I fully enjoy my own company though and I've honestly never felt lonely!! I get great craic out of making kids laugh...but not strangers kids. That'd just be creepy!! And you know what they say about kids ...they're like farts. You can just about stand your own!!!
