"I am a great planner, but also a great ad-liber, so if the plan fails, I can usually find a work around I've always had jobs that demand planning and thinking on your feet when it goes tits up I've been up since 6.30 prepping veg and meats for this weeks batch cook Hopefully, it will all be done by lunch meaning the rest of the day is mine to enjoy If you were nearer, I'd gladly provide brekkie " It's not that far really My problem is that I can't think now what I want to eat on Wednesday. Or I'll buy things then decide I don't want that for dinner so buy something else. | |||

" I bought the SW 'Take 5' book last week (I don't do SW, but a lady at work runs classes) Max of 5 ingredients per recipe, easy to make, so last night, I just shopped around that Batch cook what you can (3 or 4 different recipes) and freeze them - that way you always have variety in and, if you do fancy summat else when you get home, it won't go to waste | |||
