I need variety if I'm honest. At the moment I have some pumpkin rolls and sunflower bread. Also Bloomer for kids.

I go through phases. Sometimes wedges of uncut bread, then go on a brown bread rampage, then the seeded ones....

On a mooch

Wraps are my go to now for everyday.

However if having bread it is either 50/50 (Kingsmill) or Warbutons toastie as can get both in half loaves. If just me I’ll get a seeded loaf (Warbutons or M&S).

The other indulgence is tiger bread in either baguette or bloomer style always with spaghetti ragu or roast chicken and salad

I am avoiding it at the minute

I am cold turkey

It hurts

Talking about is cathartic

Thank You for the early morning therapy

I buy Lidl seeded wholemeal loaf and I keep it in the freezer to stop me over indulging.

I just take out what I need and pop it straight in the toaster.

If I need sandwiches for lunch then I make them up whilst the bread is frozen and they defrost by lunchtime, and are lovely and fresh...not soggy

Her x

I love bread

I would rather be fat than give it up.

I usually have a couple of different kinds in, wholemeal pittas or seeded batch.

My favourite at the moment is bottom oven muffins

Seeded bread! Not branded though, shops own premium brand, it's nicer and way cheaper!

Cheshire

Started eating brown bread about 15 years ago, it was difficult to get used to the taste but now I can’t eat white toast, it doesn’t taste of anything. Although fresh baked bread is an exception.

So Asda brown bread for me and great for you
