Thanks mate, just trying to keep the middle-aged spread at bay I start each day with a stretch routine, to wake myself up, then 30 push-ups, 60 crunches/reverse sit-ups (I alternate days), then another 30 push-ups. I then do 5 strength building workouts per week, in an evening, using dumbbells or my kettlebell. At a weekend I treat myself to a 5k run, or two lol | |||
