Horrible story

I heard a horrible story from my mate today.

He read that a doctor was performing a prostate examination and it made the patient orgasm. The patient was so shocked and horrified that he stabbed the doctor to death.

It made me wonder about the psychological impact it must have had on the patient. Or if it could be connected to homophobia?

Any thoughts?
