So I have a pretty big beard at the minute and not going to shave it off but considering trimming it down. Thoughts on beard length? Xx

Mine was about same length as yours this week. I trimmed it but wish I hadn’t now

I nearly started a similar thread earlier.

There’s a lot of hate for the beard recently.

I trimmed mine back after accidentally taking a chunk out the other day, but it’s definitely staying!

There’s a world of difference between some well trimmed face topiary and Gandalf / The Twits.

What do YOU like? As you can never please everyone (and shouldn't change just to please anyone other than yourself)....go with what you like.

Fashion be damned! (it only suits some, anyway)

Designer, well trimmed stubble is fine. Long/full beards ... unhygienic

Not if cleansed daily.

I hear ya, been there.

Now I would never shave it off.

I used to have it long, but now I keep it a certain length and get it groomed every fortnight.

Once you grow a beard, you never go back.

They look unhygienic no matter how much you cleanse

Well, update for all that cares. I've shaved it all off again. Two interviews this week and it wasn't long enough to shape/trim. Also, not sure I'll be able to keep it while working in several residential homes.

I completely agree. Its why I insist that women shave off all that disgusting dirty hair. I don't care how often they clean it, it just looks unhygienic
