I go to fitness classes that are run by a PT.

Gym: No

Learning to stretch more: Yes

Foam rollers: Yes

After learning about proper stretching, thanks to decades of long term cramps and spasms. I can start to feel less achy.

I have now got the confidence to try and fix my own injuries, even after visiting physios who say If-it-works-for-you-then-keep-on doing-it.

Foam rollers are cheap and an amazing bit of kit.

"Can't be bothered with the gym.

Tried it a couple of times and got annoyed by all the peacocking posers.

It just felt like the wrong place for me when I was trying to lose weight and get fit.

I ended up running and doing yoga and that seems to be working well.

Fair enough. Open to all physical activity.

I was sort of the opposite (except also hate posers). I thought I didn't belong in the gym. Turns out, I really like lifting heavy shit. I live in an apartment, and dumbbells won't do "

Don't get me wrong, I love the equipment.

Used to be in an empty gym a lot at uni and it really did feel good.

Naked coffee house near you - Wiltshire - Swindon

Not a gym person anymore, but I run nowadays. I hit the streets and parks and love the outdoor freedom of it

I'm back in the gym a few times a week.

Be a shame to let my weight loss go to waste and not get some tone back

Greenwich, SE LONDON

We are both back training up to the level prior to lockdown again.

I hope gyms continue to stay open. My gym feels very "covid safe". Lots of sanitiser and limit on numbers allowed in.

Feels great to be back. HIIT classes in the garden, whilst okay to maintain basic fitness, did not quite hit the spot.

Dr Vag also said no weights, no pushing uphills and no 10k training till January. I can do "gentle" wheelchair basketball drills/circuits but no bleep test (hurrah!) What the feck am I going to do till Jan?! I'll be a fatter flabby monster by then

Cheshire

Continued training during lockdown as I bought weights and pole and other classes were held online. Now back in real life and I'm stronger than ever. Added swimming into the mix too.
