To many 2faced people

Even though I am still a young cub I cannot believe how many two faced people that are out there just to gain brownie points you go to work to work not suck up like so many do especially when it gets them nowhere

I learned many years ago don’t say anything to anyone that you don’t mind being repeated. This is especially true at work. People will smile and nod as you tell them something and then run straight to someone else to tell them what you said.

Try working with bosses that bully staff. I did but quit. No one should suffer from bullying.

I had a boss whose attitude was basically "If something goes wrong, let's find someone to blame" Didn't matter who did it, or if it wasn't someone's fault, he liked to throw his weight around.

He later got sacked, but it was a shit time for a lot of people before that.

Theres snakes in every walk of life dude.. i had one in a building site.. little shit was after my job.. tried to bullshit to bosses.. so they arranged a meeting with his supervisor... i walked in, hello snake.. im your supervisor hear theres a problem that needs sorting out. I live this four days a week , fortunately i know how to recognize two faced people actually i can feel them from far.

But because i really don't like Two faced and bitchy people i stay away much i can .

This way the only thing i get from them is " why A is always on her own or never speakes? "

a lot of the people i talk to privately problems with work or work colleagues can lead to a feeling of bullying and this causing problems like not sleeping properly and disrupting your home life.

i often send this example of a typical workplace scenario just to see if its something they can relate to. and surprisingly a few do.

example:

you work in a cell with 5 people. 4 of you work hard, always on time, back from lunch/tea breaks on time. your cell leader always comes to you 4 when they need things done.

number 5 is lazy, always late for work, takes unofficial smoke breaks, back from lunch/tea late and generally doesnt care.

a promotion comes up on the staff notice board and you go for it.

the lazy one will get the role. why?

because you are too valuable where you are and the cell leader can afford to let lazy go.

so doing things for others and doing your best gets you nothing.

worry less, do just enough but no more

I think targeted sucking rather than indiscriminate sucking can get you places, but you to be able to live with not having earned those places.... I guess it depends what's most important to you, outward success or inner health and wealth....

Well around here, without clarification, there would have been a rumour that Nippy sucked Heat..85's tits for hours to get her the fab his arse, when in fact it was actually only 4 hours....
