Great stage today, beautiful final climb, gutted for Bernal, chapeau to jumbo visma, looked very strong.

Bernal doesn’t look good this week, I thought Adam Yates was going to give it a go but he faded off too, it’s turned out to be a good race so far

Think it just means hat, but in cycling terms it’s to take your hat off to someone, to pay them respect for something they’ve done, it’s said to congratulate them.

I've never used this and I'll admit that I actually had to Google what it meant. Now I know it's like a French version of tipping your hat to someone so I might try and drop it in conversation a few times throughout my day in work and see who else knows it

I knew it wasn’t in the bag, watched it all day, was the best finish to Le Tour I’ve ever seen, Pogacar is something special, Chapeau to Richie too, he deserves to finally be on the podium.
