I made some garlic mayo tonight.

Roasted a full bulb of garlic in the oven until it was squishy, added some mayo and chives. Beautiful.

I've seen some mention of hot sauces... I heartily (yes you heard it, heartily) recommend daves insanity sauce...hot as a hot thing and tasty too... 3 or 4 drops only mind

Love cheeses, and the waistline is beginning to show it since March.

Delicious on Garlic bread.

Love warmed goats cheese with salad.

Deep fried brie with chutney, and also haloumi.

Not all at the same time obviously.
