Meal prep for a week

What do you like to prepare for a weekly meal at work if you are in training?

I just made steak with padron peppers and a vegetable omlette for the protein days.

Am trying to think about the carb meals?

Im trying carb free atm... amd struggling pal. Been hammering scrambled eggs amd bacon. Im going to reintroduce carbs when im back in the uk. Its difficult as i dont do chicken

Swap out my lunch for a shake and then have fish or chicken with rice and veg on the evening. But I dont work out

You could try the slim pasta from Holland & Barrett it’s free from carbs, sugars, fat and gluten its similar and the nearest I’ve found to pasta.
