Oh wow yikes blimey why did I think it a good idea to carry on like I was still 18 and invincible last night when I am very clearly too old for this shit? When will everything stop hurting? Why is water making me MORE thirsty? Why am I dog tired but unable to sleep? Why do I feel simultaneously very turned on and very turned off? What is the meaning of life?

Stop posting your hungover sad for a minute (typed with compassion and love!) and go and drink a pint of water and take some paracetamol. Go back to bed, tuck the blanket tightly around you and put the heating on and don't let your phone screen illuminate your face.

You have, dear friend what is know as a hang over, with your young age I can only assume that you are out of practice and need to introduce more poison into your system at the earliest possible opportunity.

25 was about the age I realised I couldn't carry on drinking et. al. as I had done before. Now even a few small cans/bottles in the evening can leave me feeling rough the next day.

Ask your local butcher, we have one here who does it, also a good few companies in Scotland who will do a refrigerated delivery and toy can fill the freeze

Water.....plenty of.

Paracetamol.....in the right quantity and right times.

Rest.....lots of.

Food....at least some (I find toast with a tiny amount of lemon curd works for me).

Finally.....willpower to not get in that way again (sadly lacking on my part).

I can't cope with hangovers

the last time I had one I had drank a whole bottle of rum and the room was spinning for 24 hours and I was throwing up everywhere. I then found out a few weeks later I was pregnant. I think that put me off heavy drinking for life. I have never got that d*unk since.
