Forget it and start again tomorrow x" So I started with 3 crackers, a (small) bag of crisps and a kit kat and then the "fuck it" moment came and I had two slices of buttered toast, an apple and now there's a tupperware of pineapple chunks staring at me but I'm trying to fight it x I'm not even hungry ffs | |||

If you had a good night, had fun and spent time with friends during a time when those things are so precious, then trust me, you’ll look back at this good memory smiling. You’ll totally forget that you binged on snacks, because in the grand scheme of things that means nothing in comparison to the happiness of a good night. I too am on a diet and after my older daughter went home after staying with me I ate all the snacks I had bought in case we went on a picnic. 5 packets of crisps, a box of Jaffa cakes and 2 bags of fudge I bought, all in the space of an hour. I gained 2 pound but it was gone the following week. | |||

"If you were drinking alcohol you were possibly already out of ketosis. Alcohol and ketosis don't mix. It will only take a couple of days to get back into it. It's not a failure. ![]() Yeah... I did my research before I made the decision to drink and the consensus seems to be that it pauses ketosis but doesn't throw you out, as in when your body has finished metabolising the alcohol it gets right back into ketosis. Think the toast probably did it though ![]() | |||
