"Garlic and coriander butter prawns with cashews on home made warm Irish wheaten bread for starters Chips , triple cooked ,first par boiled in homemade chicken and lamb stock, then chilled overnight. Second cook 2 hours before meal in peanut oil. Then finished before serving again in peanut oil Slow roast lamb shoulder with mint butter and redcurent and black cherry reduction. 3 cheese cauliflower cheese made with double cream. Cardamon and white chocolate souffle with apple and pears poached in sharp cider to cut the sweetness. This is why my wife dosnt cook. Lol. I shot myself in the foot. Rhiannons signature dish is pasta with chicken and ham with grated cheese. Lol" This is what I cook for meets. | |||
