" I think that can help to a degree as can grounding etc in a heightened state. However this is a bit different, it is a specific practice for healing. So you take yourself off somewhere quiet to do it. | |||

"Square breathing is a technique I’ve used with a couple of my clients that suffer from serious mental health issues and it is very relaxing after a while. It’s also known as 4x4 breathing, you can google it. Basically you breath in for a count of 4, hold it for 4, release for 4 then hold for 4. Repeat. Hope that helps a little. X" Thank you.
