Just picked up expedition by Steve Backshall. Love his stuff and how humble he is..no egotistical chest beating..plus takes me back to my days on exped and major adventures. Whats your book?

i recently finished two books.

hitman: story of winter hill mob gangster johnny martorano.

very chilling and graphic violence.

into the bear pit by craig whyte.

about the rangers take over which exposes the way the club was run into the ground before whyte took over leading to administration and beginning of a new club.

current book: keane origins.

book about a young angry roy keane breaking into football.

fascinating and funny in places.

i dont even like football but these were recommended to me and they are enjoyable.

Everything I Know About Love

It’s not usually my thing, but it was recommended and it’s been pretty good. It’s pretty funny and relatable. It’s definitely more of a chill out in the sun kind of book, rather than a make you think, keep you up all night glued to it, kind of book.

I'm currently reading 'The Monkey Wrench Gang' by Eric Schlosser. A satirical novel about a group of eco-terrorists in '70s USA. Credited with helping to kick start direct eco-activism.

Past couple of days, I've read Sweet Sorrow by David Nicholls, reread The Magic Cottage by James Herbert, now I'm rereading The Ice Cream Girls by Dorothy Koomson.
