.. Is almost here. The trees are almost ready to let go of their leaves. Its a good time to reflect on what no longer serves you. What are you willing/ready to let go of?

Or... what are you holding on to that the winds of change can't yet have?

North East Scotland, mostly

I'm never ready to let go of light evenings. Every year, it surprises me!

I do love crisp mornings though. The heavy dew on the grass. That smell of cold, clean air.

I’ll probably let go of my wigs, not through choice I may add, but cause the wind has picked up.

Mainly I’m letting go of attachment to outcomes.

Learning to trust, allow, flow and come the from heart, letting go of holding all that.

Plus woolly jumpers, boots, crunchy leaves

Am I the only person that doesn't dress much differently from season to season... Maybe less short dresses but not many less... More boots though

It's a good time to reflect isn't it. This post has reminded me to do just that.

And the beautiful hughes of oranges, reds and purples on gone trees and in the ground! The dark evenings wrapping you in a blanket of darkness to clear your mind as you walk.
