Post your real mood (and Forum mood if you want).

I will post my mood at least once daily thus bumping the thread every day for a week.

shits creek

I'm a bit bleugh.

Been having trouble sleeping coupled with nightmares this past week or so, off food completely and I've made the connection this morning I think.

Tomorrow would have been my 2 year anniversary, but instead it's his 13th wedding anniversary. I'm not sure how I feel. I'm not sad we aren't together of course, but there's no denying I'm sad things turned out the way they did.

So, my mind is wondering what they'll be doing, and I can't lie, I'm pissed off. If I'd never met him I could have been celebrating an anniversary with someone who DOES deserve me but instead I'm sat here lacking trust and faith in humanity

Maybe hide your profile and take a break from Fab. Most people seem to come back anyway and start from scratch because they deleted their profile.

Change can be good but maybe a massive overhaul in one go is not always best. Start small and work your way up.

Monday blues? Your RL mood sounds a bit like mine at the moment. Distraction is usually key to helping to shift a low mood.

It's OK to feel deflated especially as your weekend didn't work out as planned. Generally pissed off would be a good term - just get back on the horse and start planning your next weekend.

Distraction is what you need. Go for a walk, drink in a cafe/pub. And you can't change what has happened and you need to accept that.

Was more than the Monday Blues more an accumulation of things, but a bit of help with a head wobble later and it's dissipating

I hope your mental exhaustion passes soon Belle, you're going through a bit of a meh time and it's okay to be needy to those who care about you. Actually scrap that, it's not being needy, it's being human and wanting to feel valued and loved. You are.
