...You don't pay them much attention.

As you get older you see the odd one or two.

When you getting on a bit you can't help but watch them.

What is it about westerns?

A world of my own

When I was in my teens and 20s I loved westerns, not so much now except for John Wayne classics maybe!

Can't watch that spaghetti western crap. There's one doing the rounds on Sky at the moment called 'Once Upon A Time in the West' and they bill it as probably the best western never made and it's an absolute pile of garbage (and it stars Henry Fonda & Charles Bronson but it's still bollocks).

Now 'How the West Was Won' is a much better film and my kinda western.

(She/ her) in Sensualityland

Strangely, never really enjoyed them. One exception was "Once upon a time in the Wild West" with Charles Bronson...

Loved The Virginan,

think James Dury is still alive as well, Doug Mclure (Trampas) died at a young age.

Rio Grande is a class western, starring John Wayne, Dean Martin and I can't remember the young lad and the old bloke who was in loads of westerns.

I think the young lad was the singer Ricky Nelson artful

Thats one of my Faves, Ricky Nelson played the young lad Colorado, and the old guy, Stumpy, was played by Walter Brennan, Angie Dickenson was in it too!

no matter

I was a real western fan as a child.. The lone ranger of course , I had cap guns and rifles and a little derringer in my sock my cousin and I would pile up cushions and shoot each other constantly.. Its no fun any more.
