I'm guessing the reason you hear it primarily from a guy's perspective is becuase it's an overwhelmingly male fetish.

I think I'm unusual in that I like to worship Mr's feet... As you say, OP, it's usually the other way round. It's not the feet themselves that excite me, though, it's the servitude and submission. So possibly not a foot thing at all.

I'm only the complete other end of the spectrum to this, I hate my feet even being touched I do get the appeal though, the nerves in the feet travel all the way up the leg to the back so I guess it can be a great feeling. Just not one I want to try

I'd be intruiged to see OP's take on this. I'm in agreement, to an extent, but from her description it seems like she receives only physical stimulation from having her feet worshipped rather than the psychological thrill of being a domme/having a sub beneath her.

Thanks everyone. Some great food for thought.

I hadn't thought of the Dom/sub angle. For me it was the ability to kick back and just receive pleasure without any other cares. A bit like a massage!
