I always said it wouldn’t happen... I also said he would sleep down stairs. He has a bed at the bottom of my bed and he alternates between that and on my feet

No, we have 6 so we couldn't have some and not others. Plus some of the fosters arrive with very little house training etc so for practical reasons they aren't allowed upstairs at night.

When I had three, nope. They kept each other company in their luxury condo, down in the kitchen. Always said I'd never have them upstairs. After I found myself on my own and lonely. Fuck yes. My working cocker could generally be found, stealing the duvet, hogging the bed or telling me its time to get up.

So pretty much the perfect woman substitute

No mine sleeps in his crate. He won’t sleep on my bed, he stays outside my door and paces throughout the night so was better to put him in his crate so he could relax and sleep.

Same story, but she slept on the bed every night for 16 years with a cat or 2. It's horrid when they've gone. Feet are always cold
