Hello my fellow Sexy Fabers

You know sometimes when you get that feeling of being lost. Dont know what to do next or just want some time to yourself. What do you do?..

Lately im in this circle and im struggling to get my self out of it..

Only so much you can do in this strange times..

Can be anything, im Curious to know what sorts you out??

It’s probably gonna be a popular answer but I run.

Solitude and punishment seem to work well for me.

I do my best thinking when I’m short of breath, sweating and dodging dog shit at the local ‘beauty spot’.

I turn the telly off and just enjoy the silence.

Peace and quiet is a very rare commodity in my home and something I cherish when I get some “me time”.

Yeah, copying Sam here but I run. Well more of a waddle but I waddle with purpose.

Driving helps as well, I've got a playlist of cheese and there are some nice country roads I can switch off on.

Yoga helps but it's tough getting in to it sometimes.

Fly a kite. Failing that, make chicken noodle soup. Both are good for the soul.

If I feel lost or have something on my mind I clean. If its just free time (me time) I love to soak in the bath listening to music and reading.

Something physical to exhaust or something loud and noisy to scream it all out but in a singing way if anyone is listening in. X

Read, listen to music or just sit staring out the window. When it's quiet I appreciate that.
