When I finish work, I venture off with my four legged friend into the woods by home, and let her off a lead to run across fields and follow the river. Its around 4 miles there and back.

Around half way, I had that brain signal that tells you, being sat on porcelain next to some lovely soft tissue on a roll would be a good place right now.

It was a long walk home, involving the ministry of funny walks, and I learned the true meaning of desperate...not what men sending dick pics think is desperate.

Quite often desperate for a glass of wine after a traumatic shift. I work nights though so never a good idea to start drinking at 9am so just have a coffee instead.
