Hi can anyone recommend a teeth whitening that actually works.

I think I drink to much coffee lol.

I bought a new toothbrush and a great (but expensive) toothpaste and I've noticed great results.

Try something called “Eucryl” tooth powder it works great Homebargains sell it for 99p

If your wanting instant results then you would need to go to a dentist as only they are allowed to use peroxide which is what you need. But you can get teeth whitening gels to use at home you just need to do it daily for around a week to get good results

Opalescence 35% syringes are very good, especially if you have had them whitened at the dentist in the past.. only wear for 30mins a day though as it’s quite strong

Clean teeth after drinking coffee and drink water. Strawberries and apples and natural teeth cleaners. Also chew sugar free gum after a meal.

I had bad brown staining on my front teeth and " eucryl " rubbed it clean in minutes and whiter !

best bargain from the pound shop this week

only shit that really works.

its a gel and comes with a top and bottom set that moulds to shape of your gums.

you fill the gel in the trays and place in mouth for a few minutes.
