I want to be elbow deep in a creamy haddock risotto but instead I’ve opted for a lighter choice of soup.

Alas the kebab shops around me are closed during the day. But I save them for the weekend anyway, but I'm not sharing

. Your more than welcome to go half's on the protein shake, however you'll have to bring your own straw.

I've just been to Fodders which is the cutest farm shop I've ever been in and I have sparkling apple juice, forced rhubarb fool and a goats cheese and roasted butternut squash pasty. I'm saving it for our next stop though.

, thanks Grumpy. Forced rhubarb is a bit sweeter and less... fibrey (not a word but going with it) than normal rhubarb. So it's a fool (made with whipping cream) and then there's a compote running through it.

Update on this, I caved and had a huge pile of cacio e Pepe and half a Swiss roll with custard.

Zero willpower paired with zero regrets is a beautiful combination of carbs and smiles
