For added results I take it with a cup of hot chocolate or raw cocoa made with skim milk. You may find you awake even more hung over , it induces very deep sleep which you need for T and Growth hormone production and often get it naturally after hard sessions on legs, back and chest, which is why you feel groggy next day. I’m feeling it today, I was deadlifting hard last night at the gym and then had a late night cardio and core session with a friend | |||

Like you've been in the sea and not washed the salt off. It's the best way to take magnesium though apparently. | |||
