The day after a gym session

After a gym session the day before does anyone else feel like their nights sleep wasn’t enough, when it normally is.

And you wake up feeling groggy and lacking energy?

I think a good breakfast is in order.

This is me on a daily basis!

I go to gym 5 times a week. I never seem to wake up refreshed. The gym does seem to take it out on me but that isnt going to stop me.

I have a busy stressful life which doesn't help either. But thats life. Suck it up!

I wish I went too the gym.. lifting mugs of tea is about as much as I do.. I need a gym/workout buddy

ZMA, or even cheap Zinc and Magnesium, this stuff really works.

For added results I take it with a cup of hot chocolate or raw cocoa made with skim milk.

You may find you awake even more hung over , it induces very deep sleep which you need for T and Growth hormone production and often get it naturally after hard sessions on legs, back and chest, which is why you feel groggy next day.

I’m feeling it today, I was deadlifting hard last night at the gym and then had a late night cardio and core session with a friend

I use Zinc and Magnesium from my protein dot com , 270 capsules, 2-3 just before bed after any heavy session

This stuff feels horrid. Like you've been in the sea and not washed the salt off. It's the best way to take magnesium though apparently.

Yeah same, but sadly find it hard to wake up the next day. And the hunger levels are through the roof.

I love giving massages to muscled guys, with and without DOMS, really teasing those fibres apart, where you can just relax, taking a pause between intense sessions. It helps with good sleep tpo.
