I do suffer, am under neurology now as the GP has admitted defeat!!

Not really found a way to eliminate them, I just retreat to a dark room for a few hours/days until I feel able to rejoin the world again

Am a nurse so on the whole I just have to pop painkillers and crack on!

I do have nasal migraine pain relief (as my stomach paralyses during an attack so if bad then oral drugs don’t work) so can & do use them

If I feel an attack coming I try to limit my computer time and if poss either sit in a dark room or get some fresh air - not always possible.

My team know when I’m suffering as I become grumpy - so they try to send me home early lol!!
